Currently, the OpenGround Cloud App Launcher can not be downloaded through Bentley’s Software Downloads page. Instead, it can be downloaded from a “Welcome Email” sent from OpenGround Cloud Professional. When Bentley initializes a new OpenGround Cloud instance, this Welcome Email will be sent to your organization’s main point of contact who will be able to download the installer and add new users . When a new user is added, a Welcome Email can also be sent to notify the user and provide the download link. The download link will expire. Please see this article on How to Resend a Welcome Email to receive an updated download link.

When i have received this error it has been because gINT did not have access to the file path for the Master library. To get around the error, i open gINT from a library on my desktop named differently than the master, then go into system properties and change the file path.

Once you have an account in OpenGround and can login successfully, you may find that opening a project causes a crash. Please follow the steps below to fix this issue Ensure OpenGround Professional and cloud launcher etc aren’t running on the machine Unzip the attached file downloaded from here: https://bentley.sharefile.com/d-seae4af107cc44f5aaa9a860929c61ef3 Right click on the Gac.Bat file, and select run as administrator.

Please see the details below Hi Mark I'm not sure if you are aware but your license's have been migrated to Connect license's, so you should be using those now. Having a problem importing data to one of our tables (particle Size Distribution Analysis - Data). As far as I can see looking at the data, there are no mismatches in the data. I have tried creating a record in the table and exporting it. when I import that exported record, the same error is still thrown. Any ideas?

Hi Joel. Do you have a multiple screen display? If so certain HD monitors can cause an issue where gINT is sizing the monitor. Try to open gINT on your main monitor and change the display setting accordingly.

No I just have one monitor but it is a 49" ultrawide. I searched the forums and I see that a lot of people have had this issue without any satisfactory solutions. I was able to resolve it with the following steps Right click the gINTCL shortcut on your desktop Select properties Select the "Compatibility" tab Under settings, check the "Disable fullscreen optimizations" box The program now runs without any errors

Forum Post: Parent field not found when trying to import into holebase
I'm trying to write a new AGS Sheet using KeyAGS in excel to import into Holebase. We currently have sheets that import correctly into Holebase and so I am matching up the formatting with these after importing the data fields, however the sheet I have created brings up the error message "No parent field in table 'HOLE':[HOLE_ID:WS1]". How do I solve this given it's the same as my other sheets?
